According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 4, a shareholder of YOURAN DAIRY (09858) transferred shares from Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities to HSBC Hong Kong, with the transfer valued at HK$648 million, representing 5.17% of the company's shares. YOURAN DAIRY released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, showing total revenue of RMB 10.284 billion, an increase of 2.28% year-on-year; net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB 297 million, narrowing by 10.37%; and basic loss per share of RMB 0.08.
