Recently, a special event focusing on the special alloy industry cluster in the Taihe District of Jinzhou was held, as part of a series of group financial services activities. Sponsored by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Jinzhou Municipal Government, the initiative aims to gather high-quality resources for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and provide more efficient financing services. Over 40 enterprises, 18 financial institutions, and 6 service agencies participated in the event.

The special alloy industry cluster in Taihe District boasts a total output value of 11.592 billion yuan and was recognized in 2024 as a national-level特色产业集群 for SMEs, focusing on the deep processing of alloys and new metal materials, including chromium, molybdenum, titanium, and zirconium. Notably, the production capacity of metal chromium and ferromolybdenum accounts for nearly 50% of the national total, while titanium ferros account for over 50%, and industrial zircon for over 90% of the national production. The region is home to 73 new material enterprises with a continuously growing financing demand.

During the event, 6 enterprises presented their products and financing needs through roadshows. The Liaoning Equity Exchange Center, Liaoning Fund, and LiaoShen Bank introduced investment policies and financial service plans to provide diversified financial support for the enterprises. In the networking session, enterprises and financial institutions engaged in extensive discussions and initially established several cooperation intentions. A relevant official from the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology stated that they will continue to focus on the financing needs of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and provide services around key industry clusters to help address challenges in financing and lending.
