英皇资本集团有限公司(股份代号：717)于香港主板上市，宣布将在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求授权，回购不超过公司已发行股份(不包括库存股份)总数10%的股份。按截至最后实际可行日期已发行约6,740,845,724股计算，最高回购规模将达674,084,572股。
本次回购资金来源符合百慕达相关法律及上市规则，以公司可合法拨作回购用途的资金进行。董事会指出，股份购回可在适当情况下提振每股资产净值或提高股东回报，董事会认为此举符合公司及股东整体最佳利益。该建议尚需在股东周年大会上通过有关普通决议案方可生效。
公告显示，目前预定于2026年2月26日(星期四)上午10时30分在香港湾仔召开股东周年大会；合资格股东须于2026年2月20日(星期五)下午4时30分前办理过户手续。董事会强调，如获授权，股份购回将根据市场状况、资金状况及公司整体资本结构需要酌情进行，并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及公司注册地法例要求。
