截至2026年6月30日止六个月，碧桂园实现营收约440.8亿元，同比下降39.3%。报告期内，经调整净亏损156.2亿元，营销及市场推广成本与行政费用合计32.0亿元，同比减少19.7%；同期录得经营亏损91.39亿元。
业务分项
房地产业务方面，期内实现收入约423.56亿元，相比去年同期的700.28亿元下降39.5%。已售物业内在市场调整压力仍存，但公司表示依然将全力保障项目建设与交付。科技建造业务实现收入4.74亿元，同比下降67.7%。其他板块（包括物业投资及酒店业务等）收入为12.51亿元，较去年同期增长16.3%。
发展展望
公司表示，下半年房地产业深度调整仍在继续，将在“保证竣工交付、稳健运营和风险化解”基础上积极争取更多支持政策，稳步回归正常经营；通过进一步落实产品创新、成本控制及新科技应用等举措，为穿越周期和可持续发展奠定基础。
