Issued share capital unchanged • Opening and closing balances both stood at 3.23 billion ordinary shares as of 3–4 June 2026, with no new share issuances or cancellations recorded. • The company held no treasury shares at either date.

Repurchase activity from 22 May to 4 June 2026 • Nine on-market transactions resulted in the buy-back of 2.33 million shares yet to be cancelled. • Based on disclosed volumes and prices, the purchases totalled approximately HKD 8.56 million, implying an average repurchase cost of about HKD 3.69 per share. • The latest repurchase, executed on 4 June, involved 110,000 shares at HKD 3.80–3.81, costing HKD 0.42 million. • The cumulative 2.33 million shares represent 0.07 % of the company’s issued share base.

Repurchase mandate utilisation • The annual mandate approved on 11 May 2026 authorises up to 322.84 million shares for buy-back. • After the reported transactions, 320.52 million shares (99.93 % of the mandate) remain available. • A 30-day moratorium restricts new share issues or treasury share disposals until 4 July 2026.

Regulatory confirmation Huabao Int’l’s board confirmed that all repurchases were duly authorised, funded, and executed in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant legal requirements.
