Overall, the total number of shares, including treasury shares, remained at 531,262,533.
According to the announcements, the highest and lowest trading prices during the repurchase were HKD 12.45 and HKD 12.24 per share, respectively, with approximately HKD 1.24 million in aggregate consideration. The repurchase was carried out under a mandate authorized on 05 June 2025, enabling the company to repurchase up to 53,126,253 shares. To date, 2,862,500 shares have been repurchased, representing about 0.5388% of the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the mandate date. A moratorium period for the issuance of new shares or the sale of treasury shares is in effect until 21 November 2025.
