Founder Holdings Limited (00418) reported that its authorized share capital remained unchanged at 2,100,000,000 ordinary shares (par value of HKD0.1 each), totaling HKD210,000,000 as of 30 November 2025.

The number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 1,169,753,318 at the end of October to 1,163,754,583 at the end of November, reflecting a reduction of 5,998,735 shares. According to the announcement, those 5,998,735 shares, which had been repurchased on the market between July and October 2025, were formally canceled on 3 November 2025.

Additionally, a further 6,719,590 shares were repurchased during October and November 2025 but remained pending cancellation as of 30 November 2025. No treasury shares were reported in this period.
