DESUN SERVICES (02270) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Green Property intends to participate in a project for the auction of state-owned construction land use rights in Chengdu. On August 25, 2025, Green Property paid a bidding deposit of RMB 43.3 million required for participation in the project.
