Hotel Grand Central flags FY2025 loss on New Zealand property impairments

Hotel Grand Central Limited announced that it expects to report a consolidated net loss for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, mainly due to impairment charges on Hotel Grand Chancellor, Wellesley Street, Auckland, and several investment properties in Wellington.
The company said that, excluding these one-off impairments, its underlying operations remained profitable during FY2025. It plans to release its unaudited results on or before Mar, 1 2026.
Hotel Grand Central advised shareholders and investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares until the full results are published.
