LION ROCK GROUP (01127) announced that Mr. Zhu Zhenhuan will be transferred from executive director to non-executive director effective September 13, 2025. Mr. Zhu will step down from his position as managing director of the group's subsidiary Asia Pacific Offset Limited and will continue to serve as honorary chairman.
