EG Leasing posts EGM circular online and offers printed copies upon request

China Ever Grand Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd. (“EG Leasing”) announced on 2 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest circular—containing the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting—have been uploaded to the company website (www.egichk.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who face difficulties accessing the online documents can obtain free printed copies by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be submitted via email to 379-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees can opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by supplying an email address to their respective intermediaries. If no functional email address is provided, the company will continue to send hard-copy notices of publication until 31 December 2026 or until updated instructions are received.
