优步与百度周二宣布达成战略合作，将在多个国际市场（不包括美国和中国大陆）部署数千辆百度的Apollo Go自动驾驶车辆于优步平台上。首次服务预计于今年晚些时候在亚洲和中东地区推出。
此次合作结合了优步庞大的叫车网络和百度在全球运营的1000多辆全无人驾驶车队。这是优步在快速增长的自动驾驶出租车市场的最新举措，旨在应对技术监管和工程挑战，推动商业化规模部署。
近期，优步动作频频：上个月在亚特兰大扩展与Alphabet旗下Waymo的合作，并签约了如Pony AI和May Mobility等自动驾驶公司。同时，特斯拉在得克萨斯州奥斯汀推出备受期待的机器人出租车服务，进行首次公开测试。
百度Apollo Go自动驾驶服务已在全球15个城市落地，包括迪拜和阿布扎比；截至5月，累计完成超过1100万次行程。5月，Pony AI紧随百度及WeRide之后，成为第三家在中东部署车辆的中国自动驾驶企业。
百度联合创始人兼CEO李彦宏表示："与优步的合作标志着我们技术在全球规模化部署的重大里程碑。"自2022年起，百度已在中国多个城市商业化运营Apollo Go服务。
自动驾驶领域竞争加剧，科技巨头正加速布局。优步此举强化了其在全球市场的竞争力，而百度则借此拓展国际影响力。行业专家指出，这种合作模式可能重塑未来交通生态。
