VITASOY INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED disclosed on 12 October 2026 that its issued share count remained unchanged at 1.02 billion ordinary shares. However, the company continued to execute its share repurchase programme, purchasing an additional 50,000 shares on 12 October at an average price of HK$6.80 (range: HK$6.765–6.80) for a total consideration of HK$0.34 million.
Including this latest transaction, VITASOY INT'L has bought back 5.47 million shares since the current mandate was approved on 24 August 2026. The aggregate repurchase cost now stands at approximately HK$35.37 million, implying a volume-weighted average price of about HK$6.47 per share. The cumulative volume represents 0.54% of the company’s issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.
All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation; none are being held as treasury stock. Once the cancellations are effected, the company’s issued share base will decrease from the present 1.02 billion shares.
The existing mandate allows repurchases of up to 101.76 million shares, leaving roughly 96.29 million shares—about 94.6% of the authorised limit—still available for future buy-backs.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, VITASOY INT'L is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the 12 October transaction, extending until 11 November 2026.
