北京京能清洁能源股份有限公司宣布签订新型余热利用建设协议，选定京能建设为项目中标方。本次招标严格遵循《中华人民共和国招标投标法》执行，评标过程综合考量合规性、方案质量及投标价格三重维度。经独立顾问核定，该项目预算金额为人民币1310万元，并作为投标价格上限。
该协议标志着企业在提升能源效率领域的重要实践，通过创新余热利用解决方案，推动清洁能源技术的商业化应用。此次合作将有效实现工业废热回收利用，预计建成后每年可减少标准煤消耗约1.2万吨，相当于减排二氧化碳3.5万吨，助力实现"双碳"目标下的能源结构优化。
值得注意的是，本次采用的梯级利用技术突破传统余热回收模式，通过多级能量转换系统将中低温废热转化为高品位能源，技术转化效率达行业领先水平。项目建成后将形成可复制的工业节能样板，为钢铁、化工等高耗能行业提供创新解决方案。
