CFMEE Sets Final Offer Price at HK$252.73 Per Share

The final offer price for the global offering has been set at HK$252.73 per share.

This price excludes the 1.0% brokerage commission, the 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, the 0.00565% SEHK trading fee, and the 0.00015% FSTB transaction levy.

Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 AM Hong Kong Time on Friday, June 26, 2026, the H-shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 AM on the same day.

The H-shares will be traded in board lots of 50 shares each.
