回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量变更为1,105,761,162股，库存股份数量变更为3,629,000股。公告显示，天鸽互动控股有限公司于2026年5月29日获得股东大会通过的购回授权，允许回购的股份总数为110,939,016股，截至目前公司已在本交易所或其他证券交易所合计回购3,629,000股，占授权获通过当日公司已发行股本约0.32712%。
