映宇宙集团有限公司（股票代码：03700，主要在香港联交所主板上市）宣布，董事会已向股东提呈购回授权议案，计划于2026年6月23日召开股东周年大会审议通过后，最高可购回不超过公司当日已发行股本（不包括库存股）总数10%的股份。截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行1,937,442,000股股份，若提案获得通过，最高可回购19,374.42万股。
公司称，此次股份购回将严格依据开曼群岛公司法及上市规则的有关规定，所需资金将从公司可合法动用的资金中支付，包括公司可分派利润或相关配股所得款项。董事会认为，适时进行股份购回有利于增强市场信心，也有望进一步提升股东回报与公司价值，符合公司及股东整体最佳利益。
公司股票过去12个月在香港市场呈现一定波动，最高价格曾达1.68港元/股（2025年8月），最低价格为0.57港元/股（2026年3月）。另据公告，为确定有权出席并表决本次股东大会的股东身份，公司将于2026年6月17日至6月23日期间暂停办理股份过户登记手续。
