Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. announced on Mar, 31 2026 that there has been no material development in the winding-up petition filed by Yap GRC Construction Sdn. Bhd. against Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd., a 71% indirectly owned subsidiary.

The company said the matter, first disclosed on Feb, 27 2026, continues to have no significant impact on the group’s financial position.

Kingsmen Creatives added that it will provide further updates in accordance with Singapore Exchange listing rules if there are any material changes.
