公告显示，理想汽车-W于2026年5月29日通过回购授权，总回购上限为2.14280424亿股，迄今已累计回购4620.9564万股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数的约2.1565%。公司强调，本次回购活动已遵守香港联合交易所的相关上市规则和当地适用法律法规。上述公告由联席公司秘书王扬签署。
