SUNFONDA GP (01771) announced that Ernst & Young has resigned as the company's auditor effective October 31, 2025.
Following the recommendation of the audit committee and in accordance with the company's articles of association, BDO Hong Kong Limited has been appointed as the new auditor. The appointment takes effect from October 31, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by Ernst & Young. BDO will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
