Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX Online) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 81,000 H shares on 16 June 2026 through on-market transactions at HKD 2.24–2.26 per share. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 2.2549, bringing total consideration to HKD 0.18 million. All repurchased shares will be held in treasury.
Following the buyback, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 945.41 million to 945.33 million, a 0.01% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 1.18 million, while the company’s total share count remained unchanged at 946.51 million.
The transaction forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 94.65 million shares. To date, 1.18 million shares—equivalent to 0.12% of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, UBOX Online is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 16 July 2026.
