Ernest Borel Holdings Limited (01856) reported that the authorized share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.01, totaling HKD 100.00 million. The total number of issued shares stood at 360.26 million at the end of February 2026, with no changes compared with the previous month.
The company confirmed compliance with the 25% minimum public float requirement. In addition, there is an existing arrangement to issue up to 38.46 million new ordinary shares as part of the consideration for an acquisition.
