2026年4月29日，家乡互动科技有限公司（股票代码：03798）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于4月29日于香港联交所场内回购公司股份8.4万股，约占当日回购前公司已发行股份总数的0.00658%。每股回购价格为港币1.37元，合计支付金额约港币11.51万。
本次股份回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量由原先的12.775275亿股降至12.774435亿股，库存股份数量由587.6万股增至596万股，公司已发行股份总数仍维持在12.834035亿股。公告显示，家乡互动科技有限公司的股份回购授权于2025年6月17日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总数为1.2834035亿股。截至此次回购，公司累计已回购596万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本比例约0.46439%。
