2026年5月5日，中国煤层气（08270）发布截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司于4月期间未发生新增发行、库藏或注销股份的情况，股本保持不变。
根据公告，公司于4月末的法定股本维持在2,500,000,000股，股份面值为每股0.08港元，法定注册股本总额为200,000,000港元。已发行股份总数与上月底持平，维持在390,450,669股，未有任何变动。此外，已确认其公众持股量符合相关上市规则的最低要求。
期权及激励方面，公司自2022年3月28日股东特别大会批准的购股权计划下，截至4月末仍有2,675,000份购股权待行使，如全部行使，潜在发行上限为10,865,003股。公告同时指出，4月内并未通过行使购股权发行任何新股。
