HOMELAND ITL (03798) has announced its financial results for the year 2025. The company reported revenue of approximately 1.349 billion yuan, representing a decrease of 2.7% compared to the previous year. The profit attributable to owners of the company was 59.139 million yuan, marking a significant turnaround from a loss to a profit year-on-year. On an adjusted basis, the net profit attributable to owners reached 147.5 million yuan, also reflecting a shift from loss to profitability.

As of December 31, 2025, the group's daily active users (DAU) stood at approximately 12.1 million, while the average monthly active users (MAU) were about 57.3 million. The number of paying players declined to around 11.4 million from approximately 17.8 million in the same period last year.

According to the announcement, the return to profitability was primarily driven by several factors: (i) a reduction in sales and marketing expenses by 186 million yuan, achieved through low-cost organic traffic and AI-driven content efficiency; (ii) a decrease in cost of sales by 108.5 million yuan, resulting in a 71.2 million yuan increase in gross profit, supported by AIGC-assisted workflows and a focused regional strategy; and (iii) a 26.6 million yuan reduction in research and development expenses following the completion of major infrastructure investments, such as 3D engines, and the implementation of automated asset generation.
