康臣药业(01681)于2026年9月10日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购30.5万股普通股，约占该公司既有已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0364%。回购价格区间为每股12.87港元至13.16港元，合计耗资约399.94万港元。此次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）变动至838,744,111股，库藏股数增至2,803,000股。
根据公告，康臣药业于2026年5月26日获得回购授权，可购回最多84,120,311股。截至目前，公司已根据授权累计回购2,459,000股，占购回授权决议获通过当日已发行股本约2.9232%。公司同时披露，在本次回购后，任何新股发行或库藏股再出售或转让的暂止期将持续至2026年10月10日。
康臣药业确认，本次回购已获得公司董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书高海恩签署。
