Alibaba's Qwen App has revealed that during its Spring Festival promotional campaign, more than 130 million users utilized the platform to order milk tea, purchase New Year goods, buy movie tickets, book attraction tickets, and reserve flights and hotels. Over the past 11 days, users collectively made 5 billion requests using the phrase "Qwen help me."
The phrase "Qwen help me" is increasingly becoming part of daily routines. Following the launch of the second phase of the promotion on February 14, orders for AI-assisted movie ticket purchases surged 372-fold compared to the previous period. Notably, orders from third- and fourth-tier cities increased by 782 times, with the film "Awakening Silence" emerging as the top choice.
In the last two days, AI-assisted ticket bookings for attractions rose by 22 times, while AI-generated travel ticket orders, including flights, grew more than sevenfold. Nearly half of all AI-assisted orders originated from county-level regions. Due to the convenience of voice-activated ordering, approximately 4 million users aged 60 and above experienced AI-based services for the first time.
