纳米比亚矿业公司Namib Minerals近日披露，已正式收到纳斯达克交易所发出的合规警示函，事由为公司未能满足交易所对上市公司公众持股市值的最低要求。
根据纳斯达克上市规则，上市公司必须维持一定规模的公众持股市值以保障市场流动性。目前Namib Minerals的该项指标已低于规定门槛，但公司仍拥有180天的宽限期，可通过提升股价或调整股权结构等方式重新达标。
公司管理层表示，正在积极评估多项战略方案，包括可能的资本重组或业务优化措施，以尽快恢复合规状态。此次通知暂未对Namib Minerals的日常经营及股票交易产生直接影响。
