特朗普签署法案废除加州电动车强制令，称已征询马斯克意见
6月12日，美国总统特朗普签署法案，正式终止加州关于电动车销售的强制性规定。
特朗普在讲话中表示，他在做出该决定前曾征求特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克的意见。
“马斯克告诉我，只要政策一视同仁，他就没有异议。他对我的电动车政策态度非常坦诚。他是我的朋友。”特朗普补充道，“不过在那之后，马斯克表现得有些怪异。”
受该消息影响，特斯拉股价盘中拉升。
加州电车强制令是一系列旨在推动加州地区电动汽车普及、减少温室气体排放的法规政策：2022年8月，加州空气资源委员会董事会通过法规，要求在加州售车的主要厂商在2026年销售的新车中零排放乘用车占比必须达35%，2030年占比达68%，2035年达100%。零排放汽车包括插电混合动力、氢燃料电池和纯电动。插电混合动力车销售不能超过厂商当年零排放汽车销售总数的20%，且纯电里程必须在50英里或以上，2026-2028年容许以30英里过渡。
