华侨城(亚洲)(03366)8月10日公告，公司附属合肥环巢已于2026年8月7日就巢湖地块与巢湖市土地储备中心签署《巢湖协议》，并由安徽巢湖经济开发区管理委员会见证。根据协议，巢湖地块补偿费用为5.96亿元。
公告显示，合肥环巢需在签署协议后7个工作日内将不动产权证书交予巢湖市土地储备中心，并配合办理权属变更、转让及注销登记手续；同时，自协议签署之日起30日内，以净地形式向安徽巢湖经济开发区建设发展局及半汤街道办事处交付土地。
根据约定，补偿费用将在合肥环巢完成上述义务并获得书面同意后60日内支付。
公司于2026年5月13日已就相关土地收储事项取得股东批准。公告提醒，建议出售事项未必最终进行，股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。公司表示，将按上市规则进一步发布更新信息。
