Central China Securities to Review Q1 2026 Results at 29 April Board Meeting

Central China Securities Co., Ltd. (carrying on business in Hong Kong as “中州証券”) announced that its board of directors will convene on 29 April 2026 to consider and approve the consolidated results for the three months ended 31 March 2026.

The meeting agenda focuses on finalising the first-quarter financial statements and authorising their publication. Chairlady Zhang Qiuyun issued the notice from Henan on 17 April 2026.

The current board comprises ten directors, including six executive directors—Zhang Qiuyun, Li Wenqiang, Feng Ruofan, Tang Jin, Tian Shengchun and Zhu Junhong—and four independent non-executive directors—Chen Zhiyong, Wang Hui, Wang Huixuan and Du Xiaotang.
