香港——2026年8月12日，中国光大绿色环保（01257）发布公告称，公司董事会已就截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩宣派中期股息，每股0.029港元，股息性质为普通股息，派发货币为港元。
除净日为2026年9月16日；办理股份过户登记的截止时间为2026年9月17日16时30分；股份过户登记册将于2026年9月18日至9月22日期间暂停办理过户手续；股息记录日定于2026年9月22日；派息日为2026年10月13日。
公告同时披露，本次股息不涉及代扣所得税。
董事会成员包括执行董事朱福刚博士、梁海东先生；非执行董事毛静女士；以及独立非执行董事邹小磊先生、严厚民教授和李华强先生。
