Chuang's China has announced a change in its company secretary position. Ms. Li Huizhen will retire and step down from her role as company secretary, effective June 23, 2026.
Ms. Xie Yuxin will be appointed as the new company secretary, with the appointment also taking effect from June 23, 2026.
