2026年7月31日，联华超市股份有限公司（00980）发布盈利警告称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得归属于公司股东的净亏损约18,000万元至22,000万元。
公告显示，上一财年同期（截至2025年6月30日止六个月）公司实现归属于股东的盈利约4,224.6万元。本期由盈转亏的主要原因包括处置子公司股权收益同比减少及行业竞争加剧影响销售表现。
公司表示，上述数据基于现有资料及管理层对未经审计管理账目的初步评估，最终财务结果将于2026年8月公布的中期业绩公告中披露。
