CDL Hospitality Trusts issue 100 million Singapore dollars perpetual securities

CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and CDL Hospitality Business Trust announced the issuance of 100 million Singapore dollars 4.00 per cent subordinated perpetual securities under their 1.5 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The securities, forming Series 002 of the programme first established on Nov, 05 2025, were issued on Feb, 20 2026 after pricing was confirmed on Feb, 10 2026.

The securities are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange on Feb, 23 2026, following receipt of in-principle approval from the bourse.
