康臣药业集团有限公司（01681）于2026年6月18日披露公告称，公司当日在香港联合交易所场内回购普通股5.8万股，占回购前已发行股本约0.0069%，回购价格介乎每股13.19港元至13.35港元，合计耗资约77.01万港元。此次回购的股份将被列作库藏股，库藏股总数由1,703,000股增至1,761,000股。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数由回购前的839,844,111股减少至839,786,111股，而公司股份总数仍为841,547,111股。该回购依据公司于2026年5月26日通过的股份回购授权展开，剩余可购回股份数为84,120,311股。截至目前，公司累计回购股份1,417,000股，占回购授权通过当日公司已发行股数的约1.6844%。公司同时确认，回购行为已遵守相关上市规则及适用法律法规。公告由公司秘书高海恩签署。
