2026年7月8日，嘉进投资国际（股票代码：00310）刊发有关截至2025年12月31日止年度年报的补充公告，就核数师对2025财年综合财务报表出具的“不发表意见”作出说明。
公告指出，核数师未能取得充分、适当的审计证据，以确认以下两项内容： 1. 截至2024年12月31日投资公平值，即2025财年的期初结余； 2. 因终止对一家附属公司之综合入账而产生的5,293,000港元亏损（该亏损于2025年、2024年及/或2023年间确认）是否存在重大错报。
嘉进投资国际表示，相关“不发表意见”不会对集团截至2026年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表产生结转影响，但与上述5,293,000港元亏损相关的2025年比较数字除外。该部分比较数字将导致集团2026年财报获得“保留意见”，并影响相关期间数据的可比性。
公司董事会由一名执行董事、一名非执行董事及三名独立非执行董事组成；公告由公司秘书林智深代表董事会发布。
