JinkoSolar Co.,Ltd. (688223.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary Zhejiang JinkoSolar Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang JinkoSolar") plans to sell 80% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Jinko New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinko New Materials" or "Target Company") to Wuxi Dk Electronic Materials Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxi Dk Electronic Materials") for a transaction consideration of RMB 80 million. Upon completion of this transaction, Wuxi Dk Electronic Materials will hold 80% equity of Jinko New Materials, while Zhejiang JinkoSolar will retain 20% equity. Jinko New Materials will no longer be included within the company's consolidated financial statements scope.
