On 30 April 2026, Central China Real Estate announced the online release of its 2025 Annual Report, Annual General Meeting (AGM) circular and proxy form (collectively the “Current Corporate Communications”). The documents are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.jianye.com.cn) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

To streamline information delivery and enhance environmental efficiency, shareholders are encouraged to switch to electronic dissemination. Two options are offered: 1. Scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form to submit an email address; or 2. Complete the reply form manually and return it by post or email (ccre.ecom@computershare.ecom.hk) to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders who continue to prefer hard-copy materials may request printed versions of the Current Corporate Communications and the newly issued 2025 Sustainability Report at no cost. Requests can be sent by email to the address above or by written notice to the share registrar. The same channels are available for obtaining printed copies of the Sustainability Report, which is also available online under the “Sustainability” section of the company website and on HKExnews.
