本季度信息
截至2025年9月30日的上半年，新都酒店集团实现营收约1,752万港元，同比下降21.8%。经调整净利润约90万港元，同比下降89.6%。同期毛利约556万港元，毛利率从上年同期的24.6%升至31.7%。经营利润率由上年同期的40.6%降至6.8%。期间销售及服务成本为1,197万港元，同比减少29.4%；行政开支为437万港元，同比减少约72%。
从成本结构来看，受餐饮业务暂停影响，人力成本和营运成本均有所下降；同时，保安护卫与物管业务也因市场需求放缓而相应降低投入。
业务分项
资产管理服务：本期营收约598万港元，较上年同期423万港元实现大幅增长，主要受新增客户及相关专案咨询收入拉动。
保安护卫、物业管理及人力资源服务：本期贡献营收约1,154万港元，同比减少约20.4%，主要受整体经济增速放缓及服务需求放低影响。
酒店餐饮服务：由于餐厅非自愿关闭，本期间未产生营业收入。上年同期该分部营收约为754.7万港元。管理层已采取临时措施维持其他业务的正常运营，并持续物色合适场地以恢复餐饮服务。
