NTT DC REIT announced that it has issued 3,741,246 new units to its manager, NTT DC REIT Manager Pte. Ltd., as payment of the base management fees for the periods from Jul, 14 2025 to Sep, 30 2025 and from Oct, 1 2025 to Dec, 31 2025.
Following the issuance, the total number of units in issue stands at 1,033,950,746, with the manager holding approximately 0.36 per cent of the total.
The issue price of the new units was calculated in accordance with the trust deed, based on the volume-weighted average traded price of NTT DC REIT units on the Singapore Exchange over the last ten business days of each relevant quarter.
