思摩尔国际涨近7%！股东亿纬锂能拟续期减持公司不超过3.5%股份
6月17日，思摩尔国际盘中拉升，现涨近7%！股东亿纬锂能拟续期减持公司不超过3.5%股份。
思摩尔国际发布公告，于2025年6月16日，亿纬锂能已就其全资附属公司EVE Battery Investment Ltd.(EVE Battery)于获得董事会批准之日期起计一年内，通过大宗交易、集中竞价交易等方式将其于公司的股权减少最多不超过公司已发行股份总数3.5%(约21657.85万股股份)一事，重新获得了董事会批准。
截至2025年6月16日，EVE Battery为公司1,901,520,000股股份的持有人，占公司已发行股份总数约30.73%。EVEBattery乃由亿纬亚洲有限公司直接拥有，而亿纬亚洲有限公司则由亿纬锂能全资拥有，公司非执行董事江敏女士为亿纬锂能的董事会董事、董事会秘书、副总裁及首席财务官。假设亿纬锂能完成上述的新3.5%销售，则此后其将不再为公司的控股股东。
据悉，自该公司上市以来，亿纬锂能并未根据股东大会或董事会授权实际减持公司股票。
