沃尔玛股价在盘后时段小幅走低，此前有消息称，公司计划对包括碎牛肉在内的多种商品进行大幅降价，部分商品降幅接近15%。

英国廉价航空公司易捷航空原则上同意接受美国投资公司Castlelake的收购要约，此项交易价值可能超过70亿美元。受此消息推动，该股在伦敦市场飙升9.3%。

加密货币矿商TeraWulf与人工智能公司Anthropic签署了一份为期20年、价值190亿美元的人工智能基础设施园区租赁协议。TeraWulf股价上涨近4.9%，其同行如CoreWeave和Iren的股价也同步上涨。

迈克尔·塞勒旗下大量持有比特币的上市公司Strategy宣布，已出售价值2.16亿美元的比特币以支付其优先股股息，股价收盘基本持平。与此同时，比特币价格上涨1.5%。

与人工智能概念相关的股票普遍攀升，推动纳斯达克综合指数走高。其中，英特尔和美光科技的股价均录得上涨。

戴尔科技公司股价上涨4.4%，其创始人迈克尔·戴尔是某政策的关键支持者，此前该政策获得公开赞扬，并呼吁民众购买戴尔电脑。

半导体公司AXT股价大涨约12%，原因是该公司与技术公司Coherent Corp.签署了一份为期三年的供应协议。

康卡斯特旗下的天空公司正以约20亿美元的价格收购英国广播公司ITV的电视业务。康卡斯特股价下跌1.7%，而ITV股价微涨0.1%。
