满贯集团控股有限公司（03390）8月13日发布公告称，因需专注其他业务，非执行董事吴君豪先生已提出辞任，其职务将自2026年8月14日起生效。
公告显示，吴君豪先生确认其与董事会并无任何意见分歧，且无其他事宜需提请香港联合交易所有限公司及公司股东注意。
董事会对吴君豪先生在任期间作为非执行董事所作出的贡献表示感谢。
截至公告日期，满贯集团董事会成员构成为：执行董事王嘉俊先生；非执行董事曹冉先生、梁艳女士、李家华女士、刘家安先生及吴君豪先生；独立非执行董事钟兆华先生、陈嘉丽女士及麦仲康先生。
公告由满贯集团控股有限公司董事会主席、执行董事兼行政总裁王嘉俊先生签署，日期为2026年8月13日。
