诺科达科技集团披露，截至2025年6月30日止财年实现营收3,379.5万港元，相比上年同期的4,105.7万港元下降约17.7%。报告期内，毛利为1,404.4万港元，较上年同期的2,163.0万港元下降35.1%，毛利率也由上财年的52.7%下降至41.6%。经营活动所用现金净额为-3,485.6万港元，而上一财年同期为-695.7万港元。

在成本结构方面，销售开支由389.0万港元增长至528.2万港元，销售及管理费用率受到新业务投入等因素影响有所提升；研发投入相较上年度显著增加，从9.3万港元升至195.4万港元，主要用于人工智能及机器人的技术开发。
