天鸽互动（01980）3月10日晚间公告称，就新浪香港有限公司透过禹铭投资管理有限公司提出、收购公司32,500,000股股份的自愿现金部分要约，独立财务顾问及独立董事委员会此前给予的意见和推荐保持不变，继续认为该要约对独立股东而言属公平合理，并建议独立股东接纳。
公告回顾，此次部分要约最早于1月21日披露；2月4日，公司宣布所有先决条件已获满足；2月11日刊发要约文件；2月25日发布回应用文件；3月6日发布澄清公告，更改收益确认基准。独立财务顾问表示，澄清公告所涉资料不会影响其在回应用文件中所作判断。
独立董事委员会在重新审阅独立财务顾问意见后，同样确认其对要约的立场维持不变。公司提醒独立股东，在决定是否接纳此次部分要约前，应审慎阅读要约文件、回应用文件及澄清公告的全部内容。
截至公告日，天鸽互动执行董事为傅政军、麦世恩及赵伟文；非执行董事为曹菲；独立非执行董事为谢铭麟、王明春及林益文。
