2026年7月30日，中国投融资（01226）发布通知称，公司2025/2026年度年报已备妥中、英文版本，并已上载至公司网站（www.chnif.com.hk）及香港联合交易所有限公司网站（www.hkexnews.hk）。\n\n通知指出，任何非登记股东如需年报等公司通讯文件的纸质版本，可随时以书面形式向公司香港股份过户登记处——联合证券登记有限公司提出申请，地址为香港北角英皇道338号华懋交易广场2期33楼3301-04室，或通过电邮1226-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk提出申请，相关文件将免费邮寄。\n\n此外，非登记股东若希望以电子方式接收公司通讯，可联系持股的银行、经纪、托管商、代理人或香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司，并提供有效电子邮箱地址。若公司未收到相关邮箱地址，将无法通过电邮发送公司通讯发布通知。\n\n投资者如对本次通知有任何疑问，可于周一至周五（香港公众假期除外）上午9时至下午5时致电香港股份过户登记处(852) 2849 3399 查询。
