Ningxia's AEO Advanced Certified Enterprises Rise to 15

Yinchuan, October 21 (Reporter Li Peishan) - On October 21, Yinchuan Customs reported that the Shizuishan Customs recently awarded AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) advanced certification to two enterprises, Ningxia Xinan Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningxia Belit Cyanamide Industry Development Co., Ltd. As of now, the number of AEO advanced certified enterprises in Ningxia has increased to 15.

The AEO certification system is a credit management system implemented by Chinese Customs for enterprises, with AEO advanced certified enterprises being granted the highest level of credit by Chinese Customs. Certified businesses enjoy a variety of customs facilitation measures, including priority clearance, optimized cargo inspections, reduced inspection and quarantine approval times, and decreased regulatory frequency, as well as incentive measures from various national ministries for maintaining creditworthiness. Achieving AEO advanced certification significantly enhances the efficiency and competitiveness of cross-border trade.

The newly certified companies have substantial foreign trade order volumes and prominent industrial positions; both were previously designated as key cultivation targets for AEO advanced certification by Shizuishan Customs. To assist these enterprises in obtaining certification, customs officials provided guidance on correctly understanding the "Customs Certified Enterprise Standards," accurately grasping the conditions and requirements for applying for AEO certification, and tailored AEO certification cultivation plans. Additionally, customs staff helped improve internal control management, legal compliance, and trade security levels, adopting a “hybrid” cultivation approach and one-on-one support. The certification process strictly adhered to the "Operational Specifications for Advanced Certified Enterprises" to ensure the standardization, fairness, and effectiveness of the certification work.
