DC Holdings Announces HKD0.036 Final Dividend for FY2025

DC Holdings (Digital China Holdings Limited) declared a final ordinary dividend of HKD0.036 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to an announcement released on 30 March 2026.

The dividend, denominated in Hong Kong dollars on a one-to-one exchange basis, remains subject to shareholder approval. Ex-dividend date, book-close period, record date and payment date will be provided in subsequent communications. No withholding tax applies to the distribution.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, has been appointed as share registrar for handling registration matters related to entitlement.

The board currently comprises ten directors, including Executive Directors Mr. Guo Wei (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Lin Yang (Vice Chairman) and Mr. Cai Yinghua (President and Chief Operating Officer); Non-executive Directors Ms. Cong Shan and Mr. Liu Jun Qiang; and Independent Non-executive Directors Dr. Liu Yun, John, Mr. King William, Dr. Guo Song, Mr. Chan Wai Hong, Michael and Dr. Li Jing.
