Hallador能源公司在文件中表示，公司正在与承包商及MSHA合作处理此事。矿山安全法规要求，在离地高度超过4英尺的作业区域，必须为员工提供适当的防坠落保护。违反此类规定可能导致罚款和进一步的执法行动。
